The Single Point of Access Interface (SPAIn) is an application developed by NSLHD PACH using a client-centric model of care. It allows clinicians to ensure clients are referred to the right community service and receive the right intervention at the right time.

The Decision Support Software (DSS) is a component that assists the Health Contact Centre to identify and collect relevant demographic and clinical information to efficiently, effectively and efficaciously navigates customers to appropriate service providers based on the client needs.
The Electronic Whiteboard, also called Workload Tool is a system that complements existing processes of service providers to manage customer information, appointments and resources currently used across Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) Primary and Community Health (PACH) services.
